How do I protect my progress?
Shelf Sort saves progress on your device. Use the backup export in Settings to keep a separate copy. Keep that copy somewhere safe before uninstalling the game, clearing app data or changing devices. A backup can contain your game progress, so share it only when needed.
Can I play without the timer?
Yes. Turn on Calm mode in Settings to play without timer pressure. Undo and Retry are free.
An ad did not give me a reward.
A reward is granted after the ad service confirms completion. Closing an ad early may not earn it. If a completed ad failed, tell us the game version, reward type and approximate time. You can continue playing without watching ads.
Where are the privacy settings?
Settings contains separate choices for optional usage statistics and crash reporting. Advertising privacy choices appear where applicable. You can review the Shelf Sort privacy policy at any time.
How do I request data deletion?
Email info@polytude.com with “Shelf Sort privacy request” in the subject. Tell us what data your request concerns. We may need limited information to locate the relevant installation or correspondence. Device-local progress can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling; that does not itself delete records already sent to a service provider.
Where can I download the game?
Shelf Sort is being prepared for release. There is no public download yet. We’ll add the official store link here when it is available.
When can I play Looksweird?
Looksweird is in development. A public release date and download link have not been announced. We’ll update the game page when there’s more to share.
